Our top contacts in Pakistan have been Nasir Hussain and his brother Mubarak. They run www.karakorumexplorers.com.pk - a trek and tour business.
We were introduced to Nasir and Mubarak by Dermot MacWard who runs Red Spokes Adventure Tours in London, Although Mark as an individual, in a non tourist part of Pakistan, has had a difficult experience with the police, both Karakorum Explorers and Red Spokes offer a great way to see other parts of Pakistan.

This year it will be Granny Mave’s 70th birthday. To celebrate, Mavis and her friend Penny decided to cycle 6,000 mile transcontinental from Vancouver to St John’s across Canada. Granny Mave will be doing this to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support and will be funding the trip herself.
